Executive Functioning Skills

The Social & Executive Skills Program is designed to help children and adolescents strengthen essential life skills that support success at home, in relationships, and in everyday environments. Through engaging activities, guided discussions, interactive games, and hands-on learning, participants build confidence in areas such as communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, organization, self-awareness, impulse control, and peer interactions.

WHAT IS EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING

Designed for students who need support with staying on track, managing responsibilities, or building independence, this program provides structured strategies and guided practice to help them succeed.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR? Students who…

  • Struggle with staying organized or completing assignments

  • Have difficulty managing time or following routines

  • Need support with focus and attention

  • Experience challenges related to ADHD or executive functioning delays

Executive Functioning refers to a set of mental skills that help students plan, focus attention, remember instructions, and manage multiple tasks successfully.

Our executive functioning skills program helps students develop the essential skills needed to confidently stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks. These foundational abilities support success not only in school, but in everyday life.

Students will strengthen:

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Working Memory
